Description
We use only Cypress (now owned by Infineon) F-RAM chips. We also take advantage of the Endurance read\write of the chip. This makes the chip last much longer. Not all NVRAMs use this. Be careful of RAMTRON chips – they have been out of business for years so their chips are most likely old or used chips.
Also every NVRAM is tested to insure every cell is working properly. Then the memory is cleared to be sure it will work in any game.
